BLAST FROM THE PAST TUESDAY - SISHEN RECORD BLAST!!

This is a photo taken of a record blast at Sishen mine on the 8th of April 1981, in which 7.2 million tonnes of rock was blasted with 2,427 tonnes of explosives. The length of the block was 2.6km.
